Victor Boniface has been voted Bundesliga Rookie of the Season 2023/24 in his first season at Bayer Leverkusen.
The Nigerian forward, who has won the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month award four times this term, has scored 13 goals and provided nine assists in his 22 Bundesliga appearances to date.

Boniface, who signed from Belgian club Union Saint-Gilloise in the summer, won the award in the months from August to November, making him the first player to win this award four times.
Boniface came out top ahead of Xavi (RB Leipzig/December and April), Ian Maatsen (Borussia Dortmund/January) and Maximilian Beier (TSG Hoffenheim/February and March).
