Barcelona have made the trip to England without a number of key players ahead of their UEFA Europa League playoff match against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The LaLiga leaders will notebly be without Dembele, Pedri and Gavi.
Frenchman Ousmane Dembele suffered a muscle injury in Barcelona’s game against Girona some weeks back and he has subsequently missed his side’s last five games including the first leg against Man United last Thursday.
Pedri Gonzalez started the United game but had to go off after also picking up a muscle injury during the game and he hasn’t recovered in time to make the trip.
Gavi is suspended for the second leg due to an accumulation of yellow cards, which he also received in the 2-2AMP draw at Camp Nou.
However, on the bright side, Captain Sergio Busquets has made the trip. The experienced midfielder didn’t play in the first leg but manager Xavi Hernandez will hope he can start the game at Old Trafford.
