Ahead of Watford’s Premier League game with Southampton on Saturday, manager Claudio Ranieri says he will miss Nigerian forward Emmanuel Dennis in attack.
Dennis starred in Watford’s 5-2 victory over Everton last weekend, after coming off the bench to provide two assists and score a goal.
But the 23-year-old former Club Brugge man will not be available for Saturday’s game due to a one-match suspension having accumulated five yellow cards so far this season.
“I will miss Dennis, but I’m sure whoever plays in his position for him can do very well,” Ranieri told the club’s official website.
Dennis has featured in all nine of Watford’s Premier League games so far this season, registering three goals and three assists.
