Cristiano Ronaldo has won the Premier League Player of the Month award for September, following an incredible impact since rejoining Manchester United.
The 36-year-old wins the award in his first month back in the Premier League.
The great Portuguese has scored three goals in three Premier League starts for the Red Devils since his return, helping them to fourth on the league standings – just two points behind leaders Chelsea.
It’s now Ronaldo’s fifth Player of the Month award in the Premier League. Only Sergio Aguero (7), Steven Gerrard and Harry Kane (6) have won more in the league.
