Nigeria international and Watford midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo has had a successful surgery and is set to begin rehabilitation.

The 25-year-old had the surgery for a torn quad muscle and won’t be back in action until January or February next year.

Etebo tore a quad muscle in Watford’s 1-1 draw against Newcastle in the English Premier League two weeks ago.

In a post on Instagram on Wednesday, the Nigerian thanked his fans for their support and said he’ll be back soon.
