Manchester United will meet Villarreal in the Champions League on Wednesday and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has accepted that it will be a very important game.
United lost their Champions League opener 2–1 to Young Boys two weeks ago, and now face a stiff challenge in Villarreal, who beat them in the Europa League final last season.
“It is a very important game,” Solskjaer said. “The focus is on three points and looking what we can do better from the Europa final.”
“You need 10 or 12 points to go through. If you have one or zero points from two games, you need four wins.”
The Red Devils, who are bottom of Group F, will be looking to register their first win, when they welcome their Spanish opponents to the Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
