Paris Saint-Germain beat Reims 2–0 in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday, thanks to a brace from Kylian Mbappe.
Lionel Messi, meanwhile, started from the bench and came on in the 66th minute for Neymar.
Mauricio Pochettino had opted for an attacking trio of Neymar, Mbappe and Angel Di Maria in the starting line up.
PSG are now top of the table after four wins in four league games so far.
Mbappe, who’s linked with a move away to Real Madrid, has scored three goals and registered two assist in four league games for PSG, and his teammates want him to stay and continue his exploits in Paris.
