“It’s OK, it’s life”

Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti seems to have accepted that he cannot remain at Barcelona for the 2021/2022 season.

According to reports last week, the defender was told by the club to either accept an offer from another club or his contract at Camp Nou will be terminated.

The transfer window is almost at an end and it now looks certain that Umtiti will leave the club, seeing as he has no place in Ronald Koeman’s plans.

Some fans, however, do not like the way the club has treated the Frenchman, with one supporter telling him, “you don’t deserve what Barca are doing to you,” in a clip shared on social media.

Umtiti, who was driving out of the Sports City, simply responded, saying: “It’s OK, it’s life.

It remains to be seen which club the 27-year-old will play for next.
