French forward Ousmane Dembele will miss tonight’s matchday 31 game against Getafe with an injury, the club confirmed after omitting Dembele’s name from the squad.
“Ousmane Dembélé is a late withdrawl from the squad with a pelvis problem, with his future availability depending on his recovery,” the club said.
The injury to Dembele means Barça continues to he short in attack with Ansu Fati and Phillipe Coutinho expected to be out for the season and Martin Brathwaite also injured.
Dembele has played 38 games in all competitions this season: 24 in LaLiga, 6 in the Copa del Rey, 6 in the Champions League and 2 in the Spanish Super Cup, scoring a total of 10 goals.
Barcelona would move back to third on the table and within two point of the two Madrid teams if they beat Getafe today.
