PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino is wary of the threat posed by the European champions Bayern Munich who he refers as the best team in Europe but believes his team will show strength when they meet tomorrow.

PSG won the first leg 3-2 at the Allianz Arena and put themselves in position to proceed but there’s still all to play for. He expects Bayern not to change the idea of how they play but is ready to impose his own ideas.

“Bayern are a team who play football and I don’t think they’ll change their game,he said. “We too will play with our ideas. Football is a game and we’ll see who manages to impose their ideas. We will try to do that on Tuesday.

Bayern are the best team in Europe and we have respect for them. We have a huge amount of confidence, but we need to think about winning this game in order to qualify.

“We are up against the best team in the world. It’s obvious that a team such as there’s will try to cause us problems. It’s in such moments that we need to show strength, solidarity and solidity.”

A clean sheet regardless of the result will see PSG through and they will be boosted with the return of Marco Veratti, Moise Kean, Marquinhos and Alessandro Florenzi who are all in the team though Poch expresses doubts on what level of participation they will have.

PSG were finalists last year and if they beat their last final beater Bayern, they will face either Manchester City or Borussia Dortmund who would play on Wednesday night.
