Man Utd’s away winning streak ended at Leicester after they were pegged back to a 2-2 draw thanks to an Axel Tuanzebe own goal.

United were looking to match the record of 11 consecutive away wins set by Chelsea in 2008 and Man City in 2017 but fell short at the game that could have equalled the record.

The last time Man Utd was without a win on the road was against Tottenham in June and the last time without a point away was a loss to Liverpool in January.

Rashford opened the scoring in the 23rd minute from a Bruno Fernandes assist after missing a sitter earlier. Harvey Barnes pulled one back for Leicester. Bruno Fernandes put Man Utd ahead in the second half but a Jamie Vardy shot from close range was deflected by Axel Tuanzebe to share the points between the two teams.
