South African international, Percy Tau has praised his teammates after suffering a 1-0 defeat in the hands of PSG in Paris.
The first leg of the encounter in Brugge saw the Belgian team capitulating and losing 5-0. The reverse fixture in Paris however saw a better performance from the team, as they missed a penalty in the closing stages of the game.
Tau, who revealed his pride in his team’s performance to Oma Akatugba, said;
”I think we did well. I think there were moments I felt we could have been stronger. We wanted a better result but credit to the guys, they tried, we came up against a very good team.
”We have mixed emotions. I think there were moments we could have sealed it.”
