Tottenham forward Richarlison is to have surgery on a pelvic injury after “suffering for eight months”.
The Brazil international, 26, started seven of Spurs’ first 10 Premier League games this season but was an unused substitute in Monday’s loss to Chelsea.
“The last few months haven’t been easy for me. I’ve also been suffering with my health,” he told ESPN Brazil.
“I’ve already spoken to the doctors and I’ll soon have surgery on my pubis.”
