Comoros have been by Covid-19, with 12 players testing positive ahead of their Africa Cup of Nations round of 16 clash with hosts Cameroon on Monday.
Comoros are competing in their first ever Afcon and made it to the round of 16 after finishing the group stage as one of the best third-placed teams.
They sensationally beat Ghana 3-2 in their final group game to scale through after losing their first two to Gabon and Morocco.
They are scheduled to face Cameroon at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde on Monday.
