Cristiano Ronaldo wants Luis Enrique to be Manchester United’s new manager, according to Sky Sports.
The Spain boss is set to be considered as a possible replacement for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer alongside Zinedine Zidane and Erik ten Hag.
Enrique currently manages the Spanish national team. Before taking the Spain job, the 51-year-old was head coach of Barcelona from 2014 to 2017, famously winning the treble at the Catalan club in 2015.
