The final matches of the UEFA Champions League round of 16 ended in qualifications for Bayern Munich and Chelsea to complete the final two slots for the quarter finals.

Bayern Munich added two more goals to their first leg 4-1 victory over Lazio with goals from Robert Lewandowski, from the spot and Eric Chupo-Moting to round up a 6-2 aggregate victory, Marco Parolo got a consolation for Lazio.

Atletico Madrid made it easy for Chelsea with strings of awful passes. Hakim Ziyech opened the scoring in the 34th minute through a counter after brilliant work from Kai Havertz and Timo Werner.

Stefan Savic got sent off for an elbow to the chest of Antonio Rudiger in the second half. Three substitutes Callum Hudson-Odoi, Christian Pulisic and Emerson combined again through another counter attack and Emerson put a brilliant shot past Jan Oblak at stoppage time.

Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Manchester City, Real Madrid, PSG, Porto, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund are all through to the last eight. The quarter finals draw comes up on Friday, March 19, 2021.
