The UK government has announced tiers to which different parts of the country belong and this would have a direct effect on which Premier League clubs can have fans back to the stadium.

London and Liverpool in Tier 2 can welcome back 2,000 supporters into stadiums; Manchester will remain in Tier 3 so no fans are allowed to return.

Arsenal will become the first English top-flight club to welcome back fans when they host Rapid Vienna in a Europa League group-stage clash on Thursday, December 3.

West Ham’s match against Manchester United on December 5 is set to be the first Premier League game with fans in attendance.
