Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting has joined Paris Saint-Germain from English club Stoke City, the German-Cameroonian has signed a two-year contract and is now tied to the Paris based club until 30 June 2020.

The Cameroon international (45 caps, 13 goals), 29-years-old, began football with his hometown club Hamburg SV, before joining FSV Mainz 05, where he played under coach Thomas Tuchel between 2011 and 2014. He then played for Schalke 04 between 2014 and 2017, before a first overseas adventure in the Premier League with Stoke City.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting played 204 Bundesliga matches and 30 Premier League matches, and also made 27 European appearances, including 11 in the Champions League.

After representing Germany as a youth international, he chose to play senior international football for Cameroon and appeared at the 2010 and 2014 World Cups and the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations with the Indomitable Lions.
