Tottenham manager, Antonio Conte to undergo surgery

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte will have gallbladder surgery on Wednesday, according to the club.
After becoming “unwell with severe abdominal pain,” the 53-year-old Italian was diagnosed with cholecystitis, or gallbladder inflammation.
Spurs’ next Premier League match is against second-placed Manchester City at home on Sunday.
The manager will return “after a period of recuperation,” according to the club.
“Everyone at the club wishes him well,” Tottenham added.
Antonio Conte recently became unwell with severe abdominal pain.
Following a diagnosis of cholecystitis, he will be undergoing surgery to remove his gallbladder today and will return following a period of recuperation.

Conte’s team is currently fifth in the Premier League table with 36 points, 14 points behind league leaders and north London rivals Arsenal.
