Nigeria Super Eagles beat Central African Republic 2–0 in the return fixture of their World Cup qualifying clash in Douala on Sunday.
The victory, courtesy of first-half goals from Leon Balogun and Victor Osimhen, helped Nigeria extend their lead at the top of Group C to nine points.
Nigeria had fallen to CAR in the home leg, in Lagos, on Thursday. However, they made sure they pocketed maximum points this time around.
