Mo Salah joins illustrious list after Liverpool win

Liverpool forward Mo Salah became the fifth player to either score or assist a goal in each of his team’s first six games of a Premier League season, after David Beckham (Man Utd 2000/01), Thierry Henry (Arsenal 2004/05), Sergio Agüero Man City (2019/20), and Erling Haaland (Man City 2022/23).

The Egyptian scored the opening goal as Liverpool beat West Ham 3-1 at Anfield on Sunday.

The result took the Reds to second on the league standings – two points off leaders Manchester City – after six games.
