Barcelona re-sign Adama Traore on loan

Barcelona have resigned Adama Traore on loan with an option to buy for €30m plus bonuses, per transfer news specialist Fabrizio Romano.

The deal is set to be signed on Friday, according to David Ornstein.

English club Tottenham had a £15m bid for the Spain international rejected by Wolves last week.

Traore joined Barca’s youth set-up aged eight and made his La Liga debut for the club at 17. He left the Nou Camp for Aston Villa in 2015 and spent two years at Middlesbrough before joining Wolves for a then club record £18m in 2018.

The winger made 154 appearances for the Black Country club, scoring 11 goals.
