Osimhen goes off injured as Inter end Napoli unbeaten run
Inter Milan handed Napoli their first loss of the Serie A season in a 3-2 victory at the San Siro on Sunday.
Nigeria international Victor Osimhen, who’s Napoli’s leading goalscorer in the league with 5 goals in 10 appearances, was substituted in the 55th minute due to a head injury, while they trailed 2-1. Osimhen was transported to the Niguarda hospital in Milan for treatment.

Napoli had scored first through Piotr Zielinski in the 17th minute, but Inter turned things around to lead before half time, and then stretched their lead through Lautaro Martinez in the 61st minute.
The Blues reduced the deficit late in the second half, but couldn’t find the equaliser despite their best efforts.
Napoli are still atop the league table, but level on points with second-placed AC Milan, while Inter are third – four points off the leaders.
Napoli have won 10 of 13 games played so far, drawing two.
