New Newcastle boss Eddie Howe is set to receive a £200m transfer war chest to spend over the next three years without breaching Financial Fair Play regulations, according to Daily Mail.
It is understood that Manchester United players, Donny Van de Beek, Jesse Lingard, Anthony Martial, as well as Aaron Ramsey are on Howe’s radar.
Last month, Daily Star reported that Demba Ba has offered to come out of retirement to play for Newcastle United’s new owners.
The new owners are looking to turn things around at St James Park after their £300m takeover.
The January transfer window is set to open on Saturday January 1 and close on Monday January 31.
