Barcelona defeated Dynamo Kiev 1–0 at the Camp Nou to secure their first win of this season’s Champions League.
Gerard Pique scored in the 36th minute – the club’s first goal in the competition this term – and that ensured all three points for the Spanish side.
The win moved Barca into third place – two points above bottom-placed Dynamo Kiev.
Barca had lost their opening two matches to Bayern Munich and Benfica by a 3–0 scoreline. Bayern and Benfica, with six and four points, respectively, are in action later.
