Saul Niguez joins Chelsea on loan from Atletico Madrid

Chelsea and Atletico Madrid have reached an agreement for Saul Niguez.

Chelsea will pay €5million for the 26-year-old Spanish midfielder, who will be in London soon to sign the contract.

Reports say the deal will be officially announced before the transfer deadline.
