Boateng joins Lyon from Bayern Munich

Jerome Boateng has joined French outfit Olympique Lyon from Bayern Munich as a free agent.

A contract agreement has already been reached and the 32-year-old German has also completed his medical.

Boateng spent ten trophy-laden years at Bayern Munich. He made 29 league appearances for Bayern last season, registering a goal and an assist.
