Lewandowski seeking new challenge away from Bayern
One of Europe’s most lethal strikers, Robert Lewandowski is looking to leave his club Bayern Munich. However, the Bundesliga outfit have valued the 32-year-old at more than £100m.
Although the Polish international is happy at Bayern, he desires to join another top club in Europe before clocking 35, per Sky Sports News.
Lewandowski’s price tag has been designed to keep him at the club until the end of his contract in 2023 when it could be more challenging to secure a move to another big club because of his age.
He is understood to be frustrated by their unwillingness to sell, but is unlikely to do anything that will hurt his good relationship with the club.
Lewandowski made 29 league appearances for Bayern last season, scoring 41 goals – an impressive feat that saw him claim the European Golden Boot.
