Muller and Hummels Recalled To Germany Euro2020 Squad, Boateng Misses Out

Experienced duo of Thomas Muller and Mat Hummels have been recalled to Germany squad for Euro2020 by Joachim Low while Jerome Boateng misses out.

The two haven’t played for the DFB since 2018 but have been recalled due to their experience and to offer stability to the young squad.

Bayern Munich teenager Jamal Musiala earned a place while Monaco’s Kevin Volland was also called up, having not played for Germany since 2016.

Germany are drawn in the same group with reigning European champions Portugal, world champions France and Hungary.
