Pep Guardiola Wins Premier League Manager Of The Year

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has received the Sir Alex Ferguson trophy for being the League Managers Association manager of the year.

Guardiola, who led Manchester City to their third Premier League title in four years, beat Leicester City’s Brendan Rodgers, Leeds Marcelo Biesla and West Ham’s David Moyes to the award.

He dedicated the award to his mother who died of Covid19 last year and also to his fellow managers; “I want to share it with my fellow managers, without huge competitors that they are, you cannot become better.”
