RB Leipzig head coach will take over the reins at Bayern  Munich next season when Hansi Flick departs. He will have a lot of world class stars at his service, one of whom is Polish striker Robert Lewandowski.

Nagelsmann in a previous interview with Bundesliga said that it is nearly impossible to improve the current FIFA World Player of the year, Lewandowksi isn’t in agreement with the comment as he believes he still learns a thing or the other in everything.

“I try to learn something, still,” Lewandowski told the Bundesliga. “It doesn’t matter how old you are or how good you are. What’s more important is how good you want to be, even if your performance is on a high level.

“Everything you do in training is more important, you need practice. Even if you have a good right foot, it goes down without practice. With practice, you can keep at a high level or even higher, which is why I know that I need it and want it.”

“Maybe I can play with my left foot or need to decide to score more with my left, I’m always trying to show something new,” he concluded.

Lewandowski is one goal short of matching Gerd Muller’s record of most goals in a Bundesliga season with 40 goals and with two games left of the season against Freiburg and Augsburg, he could match and set a new record.
