Liverpool and RB Leipzig will meet for the second time in two weeks at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League round of 16 tie.

The first leg was also played in Budapest due to quarantine rules in Germany that means the Leipzig team must be in quarantine for 14days if they travel to the UK.

Liverpool hold a two goal advantage into the tie but Angelino believes Julian Nagelsmann side can turn it around but they are not under pressure and it is Liverpool’s game to lose.

“I would say the pressure is more on them than us. We’re the underdogs. If we don’t make big mistakes and put our chances away, we can turn the situation around. There are still 90 minutes to go,”Angelino told a news conference.

“It was tough after the first game, because I think we played a really good match. We got in behind their fullbacks a few times. We got to put some pressure on them, but we didn’t put our chances away.

“Then we gave them two mistakes and a team like Liverpool, with the quality they have, they kill you if you give them just a little bit.”

Liverpool and RB Leipzig are in contrasting forms in their respective leagues. Leipzig haven’t lost in their last eight league games in the league while Liverpool have only won once in 2021 and have lost six straight games at Anfield for the first time in their history.
