West Brom decide against signing Ahmed Musa

Premier League club West Brom have decided against giving Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa a contract at the club.

Sam Allardyce’s side have been in contact with the winger for weeks now and could sign him outside of the transfer window because he’s a free agent. He has been without a club since leaving Al Nassr last year.

Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr said in an interview yesterday that Ahmed Musa is in the UK and he hopes he will sign in the coming days but the deal has now collapsed.

According to The Express & Star, the Albion have decided against offering Musa a deal with the club feeling they already have stronger players in his preferred position out wide.

The club recently signed wide man Robert Snodgrass from West Ham. They currently sit 19th on the EPL table.
