Official: Dayot Upamecano signs for Bayern Munich

RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano will join champions Bayern Munich at the end of the season on a five year contract. 

Upamecano joined RB Leipzig from RB Salzburg in January 2017 and is regarded as one of the best centre backs in Europe despite only being 22years old.

He has so far played 139 times for RB Leipzig with 102 of those coming in the Bundesliga. He has four goals and three assists and is capped three times by France.
