Neymar defends lifestyle, says he’s not immature

Brazilian star Neymar has defended his fun lifestyle and refutes claim that he is immature as many claim. Many football fans attribute the term “he’s not serious with football” to him.

Neymar reportedly missed training ahead of his birthday days ago and started on the bench for the Classique.

“This is a very peculiar topic because who doesn’t like to go to party?” Neymar responded, when speaking to club media, via Marca.

“Everyone likes to have fun, go out with friends, with family, I know when I can go, when I can do it, when I can’t.

“It’s the total opposite of what people think, that I’m immature, that I don’t know what I’m doing. If you are 100 percent focused only on playing football, in my way of thinking and being, I’d explode and that’s why I’d never stop doing it.”

He is reportedly close to agreeing a new contract at the French capital club.
