Super Eagles number one Maduka Okoye’s market value rises by four times

Super Eagles and Sparta Rotterdam first choice goalkeeper has seen his market value in 2021 rise by four times his value in 2020.

Okoye as of December 2020 had a market value of €150,000 and as of January 5, 2020 has a market value of €600,000.

A player’s market value according to The CIES Football Observatory is determined by a player’s age, performance, length of contract, club success and wealth.

The German born Okoye has been on the rise since 2020, becoming the number one goalkeeper for both his club Sparta Rotterdam, which he joined in August 2020 and the Super Eagles of Nigeria, understandably why his market value is rising.
