Neymar has expressed that his utmost desire is to play with Lionel Messi again.
The Brazilian said this while speaking with ESPN after PSG’s 3-1 victory at Old Trafford. Neymar scored twice in the victory including a beautifully worked second.
“I want to play with Messi again,” he said. “It’s what I want the most. I want to enjoy being on the pitch with him again. For sure next year we have to do it.”
Neymar left Barcelona in 2017 to join PSG in a €222m deal after four years. He won two La Liga titles, three Copa del Reys, one Spanish Super Cup, one Club World Cup and one Champions League and formed a formidable attack trio MSN with Messi and Suarez.
Messi is the only remaining member of the trio after Suarez joined Atletico at the beginning of the season.
