Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjær has called the recent announcement of fans returning to some stadiums as a step in the right direction.
“I’m very pleased we can let the fans in gradually. Can’t wait to see fans at Old Trafford but it’s a step in the right direction. Still creates an atmosphere even though we are the away team.” he said during his press conference ahead of Man Utd’s trip to Southampton.
West Ham boss David Moyes also called it great news.
“It’s great news for anybody who loves football. We were really looking forward to getting supporters back into the stadium. We’d have liked to have had more, but it’s a start. Hopefully the quicker we can get to bigger numbers, the better.” The former Manchester United boss said.
