Manchester City have confirmed that star striker, Agüero has been involved in an accident. The accident occurred on Thursday in the Netherlands, where the striker was spending his day off.
Nothing was known about the severity of the injuries. The 29-year-old is to be examined in the course of the day by the association doctors more closely.
According to media reports, Agüero has broken a rib and will be out for several weeks.
He would be the second player on a long-term injury for the Pep Guardiola tutored side.
Prior to this, Benjamin Mendy, City’s new addition, had already suffered a cruciate tore.
