Chelsea Boss Antonio Conte is keen on adding reinforcementS before the close of the transfer window and especially he is looking forward to bring in a player that can fill the vacuum left by Nemanja Matic who left for Manchester United this summer.

According to the Daily Star, the Italian is ready to spend to get his target, the Blues apparently see Llorente as the ideal replacement for the Serbia international and are eyeing a late assault.

The Spain U21 international impressed during a loan spell at Deportivo Alaves last season, however, he is firmly down Zinedine Zidane’s pecking order and may look for new pastures in the quest for regular football.

Chelsea seems to have a good relationship with the European Champions after signing Alvaro Morata from the Bernabeu giants earlier this summer.

Conte has already secured the services of Tiemoue Bakayoko, Antonio Rudiger and Willy Caballero this summer as they aim to defend their Premier League title.
