Super Falcons beat Uzbekistan to maintain perfect start at Antalya Gold Cup

The Super Falcons of Nigeria won their second group game in the ongoing Antalya Gold Cup in Turkey, a 1-0 win over the Uzbekistan women’s national team.

Halimat Ayinde’s 47th minute strike ensured victory against the Uzbeks as the Falcons maintained a perfect start to the tournament.

In the other group game, CSKA Moskva beat Equatorial Guinea 2-0. The Falcon’s next game is African rivals Equatorial Guinea on Tuesday at 9.00am Nigerian time.
