The Cristiano Ronaldo capture is already paying off for the old lady of Turin, Juventus FC.

The transfer of world footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has brought the way of the Italian giants Juventus some good business. All 29,300 season tickets for the Allianz Stadium have been sold out in two weeks.

95 per cent of subscriptions last year were renewed, even though they were 30 per cent more expensive than last year. Thus, the club earned 30 million euros alone through the season ticket sale.

Also, the “old lady” have made available for sales around 400,000 Ronaldo jerseys, reports Corriere dello Sport. Up to three million jerseys with Ronaldo’s number 7 are expected to be sold this year, which could boost Juve’s sales. The merchandising industry, which last brought the club cash 74.7 million euros, should continue to boom. On the Milan Stock Exchange, the Juve share made a substantial jump after the Ronaldo transfer.
