FC Bayern München has signed Leon Goretzka from FC Schalke 04, the club confirmed through a press release to omasports. The 22-year-old international, whose contract with Schalke is ends on 30th June 2018, signed a four-year contract with the German champions until 30 June 2022.
Leon Goretzka completed on Thursday in Munich, the medical examination and then signed his contract with Bayern.
“We are very happy that Leon Goretzka, a German international with great prospects has decided despite considerable competition from abroad, to sign for FC Bayern. This ensures that Leon Goretzka will remain in the Bundesliga, “said Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, CEO of FC Bayern München AG.
